Syria participates in WHO meetings in Cairo

DAMASCUS, (SANA)-Syria participates in the activities of the 55th session of the Regional Committee of the East Mediterranean countries at the World Health Organization (WHO) due to benign in Cairo on Saturday.

"The Committee will discuss a number of health issues in the Mediterranean basin, on top reviewing health reports on HIV virus, AIDS and combating poliomyelitis," Minister of Health Maher Hussami said in a statement to SANA before leaving Damascus.
