Damascus, (SANA) – The Syrian Order of Physicians and the Royal Order of Physicians in the Spanish province of Seville signed on Monday an agreement for encouraging cooperation and exchange of expertise between the two Orders.

The agreement was signed by Head of the Syrian Order of Physicians Dr. Ahmad Qassem and Head of the Seville Royal Order of Physicians Dr. Carlos Javier Del Orbano. The agreement stipulates for cooperation in the exchange of scientific and medical information and bolstering relations with orders of physicians in Spain.

The two sides also called for establishing a cooperation program between Syrian medical associations and guilds and Syrian doctors in Andalusia, in addition to finding a suitable method for linking Syrian doctors registered in the Seville Royal Order of Physician with the Syrian Order of Physicians.
