Rome, (SANA) – The 6th International Conference for Middle East Ruins during the Bronze Age wrapped up deliberations in Rome on Saturday under the auspices of the Italian University of La Sapienza by focusing on the most important Syrian archeological discoveries for their diversity and their prominent effect in the human history.
Chairman of the Organizing Committee of the Conference Paolo Matthiae talked in a lecture about discovering temple of Kura god which dates back to 2300 year B.C. and is located at Eastern of the archeological Syrian City of Ebla.
Head of Museum Documentation Department at Syrian Directorate General for Ruins and Museum Dr. Wisam Habib displayed a map on finding out more than 10,000 archeological sites in Syria till today in cooperation with more than 130 archeological missions.
