DAMASCUS, (SANA)-Minister of Culture Riad Na'asan Agha discussed Monday with the Qatari Minister of Culture, Arts and Heritage Hamad Abdul-Aziz al-Kwari means of enhancing culture and art ties between the two brotherly countries.
The two sides agreed to exchange books, publications, drama shows and music as well as producing a group of drama works and establishing plastic art exhibitions.
The Qatar Minister, who heads his country's delegation to revive events of the Qatari Cultural days in Damascus, as the capital of Arab Culture for 2008, expressed happiness over visiting Damascus, appreciating cooperation between the two culture ministries in the interest of the Arab nation.
The Qatari Cultural days resume activities in Damascus by movie shows at al-Assad House for Culture and Arts and a lecture on the human rights by Shekha Hessa Khalefa Al Thani at al-Mezza Cultural Center.
