Vice President Attar Stresses the Need for a Language Information Project

Damascus,(SANA)-
Vice President , Najah Attar, has underlined the need for a language information project whereby the Arabic can be upgraded to take the lead to the information society which was adopted by the 20th Damascus Arab Summit.
In her address at the closing session of the Arab Language Experts Meeting today , Attar called on the Arab language experts to move toward the information society by laying down the necessary mechanisms for that end .
The participants stressed the importance of Arab language upgrading project because it touches the very entity of the nation and has big impact in the current stage of economic and social development .
