Damascus,(SANA)-
President Bashar al-Assad on Wednesday sent a cable to His Highness , Emir of Kuwait , Sheikh Subah al-Ahmad alJaber alSubah , expressing on behalf of the Syrian people and on his personal behalf , heartfelt condolences to the brotherly people of Kuwait, Emir of Kuwait, and to the family of Sheikh Saad alAbdullah alSalem alSubah over his demise .
