Joni and Torchenov Discuss Industrial Cooperation

Damascus,(SANA)-
The Talks of Minister of Industry, Fouad Issa Joni with First Ukrainian Deputy Premier,Alexander Torchenov were focused Thursday on bilateral cooperation and ways of boosting them in sphere of engineering industries , fertilizers and spare parts of cars and trucks.
During the meeting , Joni underlined Syria's ambitious plans to develop bilateral industrial cooperation with Ukraine , and Syria's care to increase the volume of Syrian textile, food , and engineering industry products exports to Ukraine , pointing out to the Syrian products exhibition which is scheduled to be held in Kiev on Nov. 24th which will constitute an opportunity for Ukrainian companies to inspect the Syrian products .
The minister underlined Syria's determination to build a factory for the production of phosphate fertilizers in the Mines Area.
For his part , the Ukrainian official expressed his country's care to move to more advanced stage of cooperation with Syria including technology of spare parts of vehicles and research.
