DAMASCUS, (SANA)-Syrian Arab Red Crescent Organization on Monday received a shipment of medical equipment, including reproduction health tools as a human aid from the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA).

Minister of State for Red Crescent Affairs Bashar Sha'ar, in a statement to reporters, thanked UNFPA for its aid which will contribute to boosting activities of the Syrian organization in offering human and medical services to the needed.

Lena Moussa, UNFPA representative in Damascus, said that this aid is considered as a continuation of the Fund's work in supporting the Syrian Red Crescent which cares about human and development sides.
