DAMASCUS, (SANA) - President Bashar al-Assad held with his Iraqi counterpart Jalal Talabani bilateral meeting on Tuesday, in which they reviewed means of developing bilateral relations in all domains between the two brotherly countries.

Both sides reviewed the outcome reached by the Syrian and Iraqi officials during discussions on developing relations between the two countries.

Talks concentrated on best ways to make the exerted efforts to achieve the national reconciliation in Iraq a success based on emphasizing Iraq's integrity, independence and sovereignty.
