Damascus,(SANA)-
An exhibition on Coins production in Damascus during the classical ages was opened on Friday in the frame work of Damascus as the Capital of Arab Culture for the year 2008.
The exhibition which is scheduled to last until the end of this month , displays coins which were made in Damascus and date back to the Hellenistic , Roman and Byzantine ages and have been intact preserved by National Museum.
